Quick fixes
A site still opens. Blocked sites switch is On? Not on a running program's list? Unlocks end by themselves.
A search still runs. The filter covers Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, Brave and YouTube. Other sites' own search boxes are not covered.
A schedule did not start. Days ticked, end after start, Class sessions On. Ending early with the PIN skips the rest of that day.
Forgot the PIN. Lock screen → sign in with the Google account that set it up → choose a new PIN.
Sign-in fails. Pick your own Google account, not the child's school one. Allow pop-ups for the extension.
Second computer says "not on the plan". Free covers one computer. The family plan covers the house.
Billing
Account & billing → Manage billing. Cancel any time; the paid period runs out. A mistaken charge is refunded within 14 days. Details in the Terms.
Removing it
Remove the extension from Chrome: everything on that computer goes with it. Delete the account from Account & billing to remove rules, reports and billing.
